Dr. Edward Shin has been practicing interventional pain management since 1996. Heading a successful practice in Plano, he specializes in the care of chronic lower back pain, chronic neck pain, post-surgical pain, cancer pain, fibromyalagia pain, and headaches.
He is board certified by the American Board of Anesthesiology, American Board of Pain Medicine, and the American Academy of Pain Management. Dr. Shin uses a comprehensive approach when treating his patients’ chronic pain. Interventional pain procedures are routinely utilized. With more than 10 years of experience with injection therapies such as epidural steroid injections, facet injections, facet rhizotomies, nerve blocks, and trigger point injection, Dr. Shin is able to provide his patients with a variety of successful treatment options.
